Messaging and answering requests

Once your SmartBots bot is setup, you have access to EasySupport's core, answering IMs and notecards from Primeasy.

Each conversations can be assigned to a manager, which you can add from your Settings. Custom labels can also be applied on conversations

Creating a new conversation and answering to messages is reserved to brands with a paid subscription. With a free subscription, you can only read messages and notecards.
